Facing Danger

If I am leaving beause our family is facing a great danger, I will bring my money. I will bring that, because you can use money for every thing. Shoes, clothes, food, drinks, furniture...money means really a lot in part of people's life. The three top choices that I will bring other than money will be my dogs, school bag, and my labtop. I will bring my dogs, because they are part of my family. They have accompany our family many years already. The second item that I will bring will be my school bag, because I need to use that to pu my books and other items. The third item wll be my labto, I need to use my labtop to do research and other important stuff. The thing that I will probably miss the most will be my house and my friends. I will probably be very sad about leaving them, and I will be very depressed.

I think the theme of this song is "People desire richness and wealth", because it seems like the narrator of this song desires to become rich from keep on repeating the sentences "I wanna be a billionaire so fricking bad". This sentence reflects the thoughts and ideas of human's mind that everyone wants to be successful, and usually in order to become successful, you need wealth. That is why I think the theme is "People desire richness and wealth".

Folk Songs about Revolution

The name of my song is called The East is Red. It is about prasing Mao and the communist party during the Cultural revolution in China during the 1960s and early 70s. Cultural revolution was the time that people in China destroyed everything valuable or cultural. At that time, China was in turbulence, and they were facing a economic chaos. People did nothing except for worshipping and praising Mao. In this song, it talks about how great the party is, and how Mao lead China to glory. It talks about how Mao liberate and save the people of China, and also he made people so happy and cheerful. This song is basically making him like a god, making it seems like he can do everything. One of the reason I choose this song is that this song is very short, and it doesn't really have a story line, it's just talking about we should listen everything Mao and what the party tells us to do.

Duty of Friendhsip

I think both friendship and duty are very important. However, I will choose the thing that is right to do. That means I will choose either frienship and duty. I won't always choose friendship or duty, it all depends all what is the right thing to do. For example: if I am a police officer, and my friend has just killed someone, I will report that to the polices, and I will persuade my friend to admit himself. Another example will be if my friend cheat on a test, I will report that to teacher, and convince my friend not to cheat anymore. Sometimes I will decide to support my friends instead of following duty, for example my parents want me to stay away from my friend jus because he or she looks very ugly, then I will argue with my parents about that. I support neither sides, it all depends on what is right and wrong. 

Under Pressure

I think bravery is able to help people to perfrom well when they face pressure or fear. Bravery can help people to stay calm and steady when they face stake. The brave people won't be scared, because they are usually the people who are not easily surprised or impressed by some specific things, that is why danger doesn't do much to them. Also, intelligence can also help people to perform well. The smart people will have the idea of how dangerous the incident or thing is, and they can swiftly and rapidly come out with a clear and clever idea of solving the issue. For example: when an earthquake has happened, the smart and intelligent people will either hide under the chair immidiately or run the plces that are empty. They react quickly. What I personally do when I face stake is I run away, and sometimes I will probably scream. I have an experience of facing stake, and I think I reacted pretty well towards that incident. I met a snake, and I ran away while screaming.

Vengeance

Vengeance is usually cause by hatred. A sentiment that seems hateful, dislike, and painful also. If a person hates the other person, there is a great possibility that the other person has done something bad or thing that makes him feel insulting and humiliating. That can be mocking at him, steal his stuffs, bully the person,  or lie to him...Many things create hatred. Obsession of vengeance can really cause miserable tragedy, such as the story of The Cask of Amontillado. In the story, Fornanto was eventually suffocate to death, and his body was burned crucially. His body would probably never be found.That is the consequence of having vengeance, people will get hurt and injured, or even die. Vengeance makes the world become darker and darker. This is why we should always be careful on our deeds or actions, cause we may hurt someone recklessly, and that would probably produce hatred and vengeance, which is very bad.

The Glass Is Always Greener

I did envy a lot of things, such as having good memorizations, learning ability, and socialability. I have envied a lot of people before, because I am always not satisfied with myself. I will always want something more. I envied my parent's intelligence on school work. For example: my mom said she always got 100 on almost any tests during her elementry and middle school time. Also, she got like 2040 on her GRE exam. which is incredibly high. I hoped that I can be like my mom on taking test. Not only grades, I also envy other people's looking. For example: I envy the people without pimples, and have clean and beatiful skin color. Unlike me, having so many pimples, and my face looks very dirty and unclean. Even though I havn't seen or felt the negative effect on envying the others. I know there are some negative effect for these good traits. For example: the people who are too smart may be called as freak. The people who are too tall may run slower. I believe there are some negative effect for these things, but I still envy others.

Hopes and Dreams

Well, when I was a little kid. My biggest dream was to have a dog. Even though I didn't believe that I will have one. However, not only that I got one dog, I got three dogs! That is an example of my dream came true. Another example was that when one of my dog was lost, we couldn't find him. I prayed for her to come back. After 3 months, we actually found our dog! She turned out so fat and enormous when we found her. I think people get depressed and miserable when their dream didn't come true. For example: I used to wish that I could get like a 1500 on my SAT exam, but it turns out that I only get like a around 1300, which is pretty low. I got pretty sad and depressed when I knew my grade was like that low. Well, from my hope and dream, you can see that I am person cares about grades a lot (you can call me nerd, I don't care), and I love dogs. Hope that nobody jump off the building when their dream don't come true.

Tough People

I think some people turns out to be very tough, because of their own justice and conscience. They have a kind of feeling that they are responsible for fighting the evils and villians on this world. When somebody is being bully or mistreated by the others, this kind of person will usually step out and stand on that person's side. When a person pick on that person, or trying to irratate him or her, that person may just start beating that person up. Well, the informations that I have given are mostly for the tough people that turns out to be good, because those people actually use their toughness to do good things, such as killing parasites or beating up bad guys. For the tough peoples that turn out to be wrong, they use their toughness to bully people or teasing people. I think they turn out to be bad, because nobody support them, and they feel very desperate and sad, so that they want the other's to be just as desperate and miserable as they are. Mabye if we know more or understand about those people, we may figure out how to help them out.

Friendship

I don't really remember the first friend that I have made anymore, but I do know a friend that we know each other very long time and we are still in contact. He is my neighbor that has the same age with me, and we knew each other since we were 7 or 8 years old. He is my best friend, cause we play together, exercise together, and also study together. After we entered middle school, the amount of work and stress has rapidly increased, espicially for him. Because of that, I don't meet him that often anymore, mabye like 1 or 2 times every 3 weeks. I think some friendship last because the people are trying their best to maintain their friendship, for example asking their phone number, call the person out more often, and invite the person out for dinner or watching movie. While others may just don't really care, they won't ask the person to play with him or asking the person out. Also, some friendship last because they understand each others thoughts and feelings. They know how to help each other out. However, some people will not try to understand each other, they just do what they think they are suppose to do.

1. Whiteny was talking with Rainsford about the Ship-Trapped Island. He said that the people who have gone there never come back.
2. Rainsford thought that hunting is the best sports in the world. Also, he didn't think that quarry in the wilderness have feeling about being hunted.

About The Villain

The Lord of The Ring is one of my favorite novels and movies. It talks about human been fighting against the Orcs, which are the monsters. Also, there are a lot of battling and fighting scene in the movie, which are just fascinating. The bad guy in the book is Sauron, which is a huge fire eye that freaks people a lot. He was shown in the monster form, and has the power to destroy the middle world, but after the ring on his hand was being cut down by the ancestor of Aragon, he has transformed into an eye. Even though he lost his power to destroy the world, he still holds an army that is able to help him conquer the world. I think Sauron is pretty fascinating, because he looks so cool, a huge eye that is catch on fire. Also, he is able to find the person that has the ring when the person wears the ring. That just sounds convienent and magical!
